Property Development Assistant Job Summary

Hourly Rate: £17-£19

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to join our team as a part-time property development assistant. As the right-hand person to the property developer, you will manage their daily calendar, schedule meetings and appointments, and ensure smooth communication flow within the organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily calendar of the property developer, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Support property development projects by tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate meetings and site visits with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Maintain an efficient digital filing system
- Stay informed on local regulations and zoning laws
- Build relationships with clients, contractors, and other professionals in the industry
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Liaise with legal counsel, contractors, and consultants to handle legal matters effectively
- Manage and maintain financial records, including invoices and receipts
- Coordinate payments to contractors and vendors
- Assist with monitoring cash flow and preparing tax filings

Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
