About the Role

The Property Development Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of a Property Developer. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the developer's calendar, handling communications, and supporting project development.

You will work closely with the Property Developer to ensure seamless communication and coordination between stakeholders. Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will enable you to excel in this role.

  • Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (full-time equivalent)
  • Holidays: 25 days' holiday (pro-rata)
  • Flexible Working: Hybrid arrangement, 3 days per week
