Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Ashtead Hospital, part of the Ramsay Health Care Group.
The successful candidate will work as part of our wider clinical team, providing exceptional patient care and adhering to all of Ramsay's policies and procedures.
A strong advocate of the Ramsay Way and People Caring for People, we actively encourage newly qualified nurses to apply for this position.
The role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business, as well as a passion for delivering an excellent patient-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-standard patient care in accordance with Ramsay's policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate sound written and verbal communication skills
- Show proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
