Esher, Surrey, United Kingdom Healix Full time

Nurse Case Manager is a key position at Healix, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support through effective case management. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality care and excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

About the Role
  • This role offers an exceptional chance for nurses to transition from the rigors of a clinical setting to a UK office-based position, all while continuing to apply their invaluable nursing expertise supporting patients who value nurse advice.
  • The role involves undertaking flight nursing outside of committed office work and requires a Registered General Nurse with a current NMC pin.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new and ongoing emergency medical assistance, claims, and repatriation cases, working with coordinators and the wider organisation using problem-solving expertise to help patients in stressful situations abroad.
  • Provide non-diagnostic medical advice directly to policyholders and Medical Helpline clients, utilising your expert nursing knowledge to address their concerns.
  • Collaborate with the OH team to provide clinical input in the medical assessment of individuals pre-deployment, reducing risk to those overseas.

We offer a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience, and flexible working hours. Our team values adaptability, empathy, and strong communication skills, which makes this role perfect for a motivated and caring individual.
