Care Home Social Events Organiser Job Description:

Loveday & Co Ltd is seeking an experienced Care Home Social Events Organiser to join our team. As a key member of our care home community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends. You will also possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with good physical stamina and mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging social programs tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Liaise with relatives and staff to address special individual requirements
  • Produce and distribute monthly, weekly, and daily activity schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and engagement

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Punctuality, hard work, and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good physical stamina and mobility
