Outwood Grange Academies Trust is a multi-academy education trust that prioritizes people, passion, and purpose. We manage 41 primary, junior, secondary, and Post 16 schools across the North of England, each with its unique identity but shared vision.
The Department
We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to join our central team. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues in our schools, providing expert HR advice on employee relations matters. As a team, we support each other, share best practices, and attend external HR events to enhance our CPD.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a HR generalist and be able to manage a range of casework, including disciplinary, capability, attendance management, and restructuring for teachers and support staff. A CIPD qualification to Level 5 is a requirement, along with relevant experience for this role.
Based at Outwood Grange Academy, Wakefield, the successful applicant will be required to work at all academies across the Trust. A current driving license and access to a vehicle for business use are essential for regular visits to the Trust's academies.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing expert HR advice on employee relations matters

- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement HR strategies
Requirements
