Bus Driver Trainer

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Transport Learning Specialist with Realise UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and development programs to individuals seeking to become professional bus drivers.
Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in bus driving and a proven track record of delivering effective training and mentoring. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues.
The successful candidate will work closely with various transport organizations to provide learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed as professional bus drivers. This role involves leading group training sessions, managing learner caseloads, and ensuring that all aspects of their apprenticeship are met, including end-point assessment.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, reflecting your expertise and experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including 25 days' holiday plus public and bank holidays, flexible working arrangements, and access to a comprehensive employee assistance program.
