SEN Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Support Professional to join our team in Darwen. As an Academic and Personal Growth Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. As a SEN Support Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting students' academic development through tailored learning activities.
- Assisting students in managing their behaviour and staying focused in class.
- Providing regular feedback on student progress to help them stay on track.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN).
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for transporting students.
- GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C/Level 2 or above.
- A Level 2 or higher qualification in Teaching and Learning Support is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
