About the Job
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Learning Support Professional to join our team at a Primary School in East Lancashire. We are looking for someone who can provide individualised support to a child with EBD and ADHD, helping them to access the curriculum and thrive in a classroom environment.
Job Description
- Support a child with complex needs, providing one-to-one assistance and helping them to engage with lessons.
- Work closely with teaching staff to develop strategies to promote the child's emotional well-being and reduce challenging behaviours.
- Monitor progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and contribute to the child's education plan.
- Assist with break-time and lunchtime supervision, ensuring the child's safety and inclusion.
