About Us

The Role

As an Early Career Teacher, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a welcoming school setting. You will be responsible for teaching primary-aged children, planning engaging lessons, and supporting each child's progress. Under the mentorship of experienced colleagues, you will receive guidance and professional development to ensure a successful start to your teaching career.

  1. Teaching Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students.
  2. Assessment and Feedback: Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support continuous development.
  3. Collaboration and Support: Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and parents to ensure the well-being and progress of all pupils.
  4. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and reflect on your teaching practice.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
