Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team in the Accrington area. The successful candidate will work alongside teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with SEN needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN needs
- Communicate regularly with parents and teachers to ensure seamless support for students
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certificate in Education or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with students with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
