About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intermediary Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our intermediary panel, ensuring that all onboarding processes are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake key background checks on intermediaries as part of our onboarding process
  • Assess whether intermediaries should be appointed to our panel
  • Support the ongoing monitoring of our panel by completing periodic reviews
  • Review available external and internal data sources to identify potential risks
  • Undertake proactive and reactive monitoring assessments on intermediary partners
  • Support the preparation and activities required for our intermediary governance panel meetings

Requirements

  • Administration experience in an admin or coordinator role
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mentality
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Organizational, time, and resource management skills
