About This Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand client footprints.
  2. Maintain and build strong relationships with senior clients and contractors.
  3. Utilize digital platforms and referrals to identify and connect high-calibre candidates.
  4. Conduct regular client reviews and provide detailed reports on account activity and performance.
  5. Evaluate and align budget objectives for each account.
  6. Drive team performance and foster a motivated and compliant team environment.
  7. Implement effective solutions to manage escalated client or candidate concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing and supporting contractors.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
