Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Programme Manager to join our Talent Development team, primarily to oversee the smooth running of our award-winning Future Talent Training Programme (apprentices and graduates). As part of the Talent Development function, you will play a key role in delivering our strategy which is to develop the capabilities of individuals, teams, and divisions, aligned to organisational goals and to ensure that a diverse range of talent is attracted, retained, and supported to reach full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Management - primary focus on the development of Savills Future Talent in the UK, supporting over 500 employees from across our 18 divisions with their professional qualifications and personal development.
  • Design, Manage, and Facilitate Workshops and Events - including booking venues, liaising with external suppliers, and organising speakers.
  • Measuring Impact - get feedback and track and measure the impact of core programmes/initiatives for which you are responsible to ensure they meet objectives and positively add value to the business.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience at programme manager level within a Learning & Development team.
  • Experience in training programme design.
  • Experience in organising and running events.
  • Experience in facilitation and delivering presentations.
