About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Autism Support Specialist to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism.

In this position, you will work within a specialist Autism day service based in Worksop, supporting service users on a 2-2-1, 1-2-1, or small group basis. You will be responsible for ensuring that all care plans are followed, promoting engagement through scheduled activities, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our service users.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 months' paid UK work experience working with autistic service users within a formal supported-living service or day service. You must also hold an enhanced DBS certificate covering Adults and Children, as well as mandatory training certificates dated within the past 12 months.

The salary for this role is £11.44 per hour, increasing to £12.08 after 13 weeks. We offer a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
