About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our adult service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support services that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deputise for the manager as required
  2. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement service plans
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including families and professionals

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of autism, and a commitment to providing high-quality support services.

What We Offer:
