Job Title: Adults Service Manager Assistant

About Us: Autism East Midlands is a leading provider of adult services, dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and their families.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to assist in the day-to-day running of our adult service. The successful applicant will deputise for the manager and work closely with the team to ensure the provision of high-quality support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager in the day-to-day running of the adult service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families and professionals
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to supporting individuals with autism.
