About the Role
As a highly skilled and compassionate Autism Support Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to individuals with autism in a specialist day service based in Worksop. Your primary objective will be to provide personalized support, promoting the well-being and independence of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each service user receives tailored support.
  • You will actively engage with service users in various activities, such as walks, bowling, and arts and crafts, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • You will maintain accurate records of service user progress, adhering to data protection policies.
  • You will participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in autism support, staying up-to-date with best practices.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, rising to £12.08 after 13 weeks. Additionally, you will have access to enhanced DBS certification, online training at a subsidized fee, and a chance to gain valuable experience working with autistic service users.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess:at least three months of paid UK work experience in a supported-living service or day service working with autistic service users;a valid Enhanced DBS certificate covering Adults and Children; andmandatory training certificates dated within the past 12 months or the facility to pay for the required training.
