Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our team at Asset Workforce Limited. As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing administrative support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients and prepare necessary engagement documents to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Client Disengagement: Handle client disengagements and prepare professional clearance packs to maintain a positive client relationship.
  • Company Secretarial Duties: Incorporate companies and assist with Company Secretarial duties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • HMRC Queries: Deal with HMRC queries and calls to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Confirmation Statement Process: Oversee the confirmation statement process to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Client Database Management: Update client database for Accounts and Tax teams as required to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and filing documents electronically via our Document Management database.
  • Client Hospitality: Meet and greet clients in a professional manner and offer hospitality to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Office Administration: Order stationery and other office sundries, maintain a tidy reception area and meeting rooms, and assist with tax compliance duties.
  • Ad Hoc Project Work: Assist with ad hoc project work and general office duties as required.
