Main Responsibilities:

As the Operations Coordinator, you will have experience in a similar field, providing essential support to your team and the broader Tarmac organization.

  • Exhibit a professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues across the organization.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple daily tasks.
  • Handle incoming correspondence efficiently.
  • Assess and understand the needs of the team.
  • Assist the team by addressing their requests or directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate and current records in our systems.
  • Engage with the wider Tarmac team to comprehend requirements and foster relationships.
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.

The preferred candidate for the Operations Coordinator role will possess experience in the following areas:

  • Familiarity with operational systems.
  • Basic proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
  • Collaborative work ethic to ensure timely and high-quality task completion.
  • Positive attitude and ability to build rapport with both customers and internal colleagues.
