KM4 Group is seeking an experienced HR Administrator/Coordinator to support their growing business in the Colchester region. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside two senior HR professionals, gaining exposure to all areas of HR, both operational and strategic.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a HR environment and possess a strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and UK employment law. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR specific systems/databases.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with all recruitment-related activities, including advertising, applicant management, and interview coordination. They will also support the onboarding of new employees, manage the HR inbox, and assist with organizing and delivering employee engagement activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with recruitment activities, including advertising and interview coordination
- Supporting the onboarding process for new employees
- Managing the HR inbox and providing support to colleagues
- Assisting with employee engagement activities
- Coordinating training schedules
- Managing employee information and records
- Supporting the development of new policies and processes
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to present information clearly and concisely.
Key qualifications include:
- Previous experience working in a HR environment
- CIPD membership preferred but not essential
- Understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and UK employment law
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR specific systems/databases
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
