Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and proactive Minor Operations Administrative Coordinator who can provide essential clerical assistance to both clinical and administrative teams.

The core responsibility of this position is to manage the daily operations of the minor procedures waiting list. It is crucial to maintain a flexible attitude towards workload, additional responsibilities, and varying work schedules to support all team members effectively.

Important Note: Internal candidates will be considered for a secondment opportunity only.

Key Responsibilities

You will be tasked with adhering to all protocols and guidelines to facilitate patient admissions for surgical procedures. This includes coordinating admission dates with patients and healthcare professionals while meeting all performance targets, accurately documenting patient information in the Trust's patient administration system, and producing all necessary paperwork.

The Dermatology department operates a high-volume skin cancer service, requiring the ability to perform under pressure while delivering outstanding patient care. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficient keyboard abilities, are essential for this role.

Qualifications
