About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aftercare Coordinator to join our team at Home Group Limited. As an Aftercare Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and outstanding aftercare service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up on defects reported by customers, development or sales teams, and ensure satisfactory completion within service level agreements.
  • Support our teams during site handovers and aftercare, conducting regular site visits and analyzing trends in defects.
  • Drive a positive Persona brand through expert handling of handovers, customer visits, and effective complaint resolution.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of Building Regulations and NHBC technical standards.
  • Experience in construction and new homes for sale with a technical background or qualification.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
