Quality Inspector Opportunity
Baltimore Consulting is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to support a Major Works Programme in North London. As a Quality Inspector, you will lead the smooth relocation of residents, oversee aftercare visits, and collaborate with contractors for effective service delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Relocation Leadership: Manage the relocation of residents, ensuring all logistical aspects are effectively coordinated.
- Post-Completion Aftercare: Oversee aftercare visits, identifying defects and ensuring prompt resolution by contractors.
- Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with contractors for effective service delivery, including pest control, void works, and utilities management.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including relocation agreements, safety logs, and aftercare reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and the project team, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
Your Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in project or operations management within residential construction or property management.
- Expertise in resident relocations, construction standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with residents and contractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of building regulations and health & safety compliance (CSCS card required).
