Job Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Coordinator to join our Vetting Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing security aftercare processes and insider threat risk management. You will work closely with the Head of Vetting to develop and implement security policies and procedures, ensuring the effective management of personnel security culture and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage security aftercare processes, including security appraisal forms, change of personal circumstance reports, and aftercare incident reporting.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures for the handling of aftercare-related activities.
  • Implement mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of security training and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide security advice and guidance to client management and employees within NTT Data.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of security controls for new contracts or alterations to buildings where classified assets are handled, stored, or produced.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive working knowledge of FSC/IPSA accredited business or involvement with UK Government Security Frameworks.
  • Demonstrate experience managing insider threat for UK government or accredited FSC/IPSA business.
  • Comprehensive understanding of NVS process and aftercare requirements.
  • Ability to identify clear outcomes and approaches regarding physical security.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of ISO2001 standard for cyber security.
  • Previous experience of working in a secure environment adhering to security measures and data protection principles.
  • Ability to analyze information thoroughly and critically and produce comprehensive and detailed reports on a wide range of complex security issues.
