Job Description

The Team You'll Be Working With:

The Vetting Operations Team at NTT Data is responsible for providing effective personnel security culture and managing day-to-day security operations. They advise management on security policy, procedures, risk assessment, and management.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Security Coordinator, you will assist the Head of Vetting in scaling the security clearance aftercare process. You will be responsible for implementing a security risk management policy and conducting regular insider threat reviews.

  • Manage the security aftercare process and insider threat risk management.
  • Assist in producing and implementing policies and processes for handling aftercare-related activities, including security appraisal forms and incident reporting.
  • Implement mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of security training and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide security advice to client management and employees within NTT Data.
  • Assist in coordinating security controls for new contracts or building alterations where classified assets are handled, stored, or produced.
  • Contribute to the security transformation project, providing expertise on IPSA/FSC implementation and UK Government security frameworks.

What Experience You'll Bring:

We're looking for someone with a comprehensive understanding of FSC/IPSA accredited businesses or UK Government security frameworks. You should have experience managing insider threat for UK government or accredited FSC/IPSA businesses. Additionally, you should have knowledge of NVS process and aftercare requirements, as well as the ability to identify clear outcomes and approaches regarding physical security.
