Our Business Transformation Division

Our Business Transformation division is responsible for enterprise-wide business consultancy and change management, as well as oversight of the group's change portfolio. This can involve anything from strategy development, business and operating model design, business architecture, and people transformation services to business case development and delivery of large-scale complex transformations.

The Internship Programme

This 10-week internship programme will provide you with a unique introduction to the investment management industry and how Business Transformation operates within it. You'll be given introductory training and opportunities to network with people across the business.

What You'll Do
  • Support workshops and document the output
  • Work with the Business Transformation Solutions team on a strategic initiative or support practice services by developing tools and methodologies
  • Act as a Business Analyst on a large programme
  • Support programme managers with the development and delivery of project plans
  • Research topics to write thought leadership pieces
  • Contribute to stakeholder management and communications
  • Deliver an internally focused project for Business Transformation, such as an AI accelerator
