Overview:
The Business Process Information and Technology (BPIT) team is at the heart of our London office, which serves as the Regional Headquarters for Europe and Africa. Here, our dedicated BPIT professionals integrate innovative strategies to drive operational excellence.
BPIT plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and competitiveness of ONE. By harnessing technology, BPIT improves operational workflows, elevates customer service, and maintains resilience in the ever-evolving shipping landscape.
Throughout your internship, you will rotate through various teams within BPIT, gaining a holistic understanding of each department's functions. This is your opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities, acquire practical experience, and leave a lasting impact.
Business Process Management:
Engage in Business Process Management to optimize organizational activities. Assess current processes and identify enhancements for operational improvement. Contribute to the overarching cycle of organizational advancement.Regional Development Systems:
Participate in essential functions such as automation process management. Involve yourself in the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions. Contribute to the lifecycle management of application design and deployment.EDI & eCommerce:
Assist in eCommerce analysis, support, and website content management. Help create a seamless online experience to meet customer needs.Business Intelligence:
Ensure data integrity, define key performance indicators, and address business challenges using information technology. Support organizational enhancements and create reports for strategic decision-making.Your Profile:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree. A tech-savvy individual with a strong academic and professional background. Capable of working independently in a structured and goal-oriented manner. Comfortable with analytics and adept at making decisions based on data and intuition. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
