To join our team, you will be:

  • Currently studying at a university and applying for a placement year in your 2nd or final year, or graduating in the near future.
  • Looking for work experience after completing A-Levels or an equivalent course, or an apprenticeship.
  • Eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship.

About the Role

As a Business Technology Intern at NBCUniversal, you will be part of a team that oversees applications that enable a business to operate efficiently. We provide IT leadership, support, and guidance to Universal International Studios (UIS) and International Networks businesses.

Working within the TV Business Systems team, you will work on and own several tasks and activities that the group provides to our business users through three core functions:

Operations

Support our business partners through knowledge of their systems, processes, challenges, and drivers.

Business Process

Work with stakeholders to understand and document their current challenges and find ways to solve those pain points using existing technology.

Enterprise IT & Media Operations Engagement

Provide assurance that technical solutions recommended are in line with Enterprise roadmaps and strategy and meet cyber and compliance controls.

What You Will Learn

  • Stakeholder management and workshopping.
  • How complex matrixed IT groups support businesses.
