We are seeking a highly skilled Individualised Support Practitioner to join our team at Home not Hospital, providing specialist support services to individuals with autism and a learning disability in the WIDNES area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care that meets the individual's unique needs, promoting their independence and well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years' experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism, as well as a strong understanding of autism and mental health.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.50 per hour (rising to £21.00 on bank holidays), plus a range of benefits, including free training, weekly pay, paid holiday, and opportunities for progression and development.
