We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Wellbeing Practitioner at Sandstone Care Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting residents overnight, ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing. This includes assisting with personal care, providing emotional reassurance, and maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements:
