Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate leader to oversee the operational management and quality of our respite care service in St Helens. This role involves promoting a culture of responsive, professional, person-centred practice and active support within the service.

Responsibilities
  • Holding operational responsibility for all aspects of service delivery, CQC compliance, and contract management.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to promote the wellbeing and independence of our guests.
  • Fostering strong relationships with guests, families, and colleagues based on respect and unconditional positive regard.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need significant practitioner or management experience in relevant health and social care service provision. You should also possess a warm, person-centered, and respectful approach, along with an understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to opportunities for continuous professional development, including accredited training.
