Change Grow Live is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Service Quality Assurance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our service users receive high-quality services that adhere to best practice guidelines and achieve high professional standards.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager and Deputy Service Manager to provide governance, leadership, and direction across the service. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering staff workshops and training sessions, leading on the development and presentation of service performance data, and providing line management, supervision, and leadership when appropriate.

This is a full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £39,302.50 dependent on experience, pro rata for part-time hours. The contract type is 6 months' internal secondment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Service Manager and Deputy Service Manager to provide governance, leadership, and direction across the service.
  • Design and deliver staff workshops and training sessions specific to areas of identified need and ongoing service delivery development.
  • Lead on the development and presentation of service performance data and information.
  • Provide line management, supervision, and leadership where appropriate.
  • Experience of working with drug and alcohol issues and a clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services.
  • Understanding of CQC Essential Standards.
  • Experience of devising and delivering training sessions/workshops.
  • Show a capacity to work alone and the ability to keep calm under pressure while meeting demanding targets and deadlines.
