We are recruiting a proactive and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee the operational management and quality of our respite service at Thyme Lodge in St Helens.

Creative Support provides tailored care and support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health diagnoses, autism, and physical disabilities. Our mission is to promote wellbeing, choice, and community engagement.

Job Description

This role requires a dedicated and experienced leader to manage our 5-bedroomed homely respite service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care, and promoting a positive environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage the team to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to residents.
  • To develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing adult care services and a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered to the successful candidate.
