Support Care Professional

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Support Care Professional to join our team in the North West England area. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar care role, hold a full UK driving license, and be able to work flexible shifts as per our shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities- Promoting Positive Life Choices: Support clients in making positive decisions and achieving levels of independence appropriate to their age and abilities.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Maintain meticulous records of events, observations, progress, safeguarding, and child protection matters, and health and safety checks.
- Care Planning and Assessment: Collaborate with the manager and other professionals to create, implement, and review individual care plans based on the individual needs.
- Ongoing support from senior staff.
