Competitive Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is £29,120 - £30,960, based on an hourly rate of £14.00 - £14.50, including holiday pay and pension scheme. Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include providing emotional and social support, enhancing self-esteem and respect, promoting positive life choices and independence, and maintaining accurate records. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate, patient, and understanding approach. A NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent is preferred, along with previous experience in a similar care role.
