Full-Time Mental Health Support Specialist

**Job Title:** Full-Time Mental Health Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a full-time mental health support specialist. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to learners with special educational needs, promoting their mental wellbeing and empowering them to reach their full potential.
**Responsibilities:
- Provide SEN support to learners in mainstream primary and secondary schools, as well as special schools
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, other professionals, and parents to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Monitor and report learner progress, identifying areas of strength and need for improvement
**Requirements:
While prior experience is not necessary, applicants should possess a strong interest in working with children and supporting learners with additional needs. Relevant experience, whether paid or voluntary, working with children, young people, or adults with learning disabilities is an asset.
**Benefits:
Hourly rate starts at £12.50 PAYE, with opportunities to transition into permanent roles for the right candidate. Successful referrals receive £50 in shopping vouchers.
