We are seeking an experienced adult social worker to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. The successful candidate will be working in the Adults Disability & Mental Health Team, providing essential support services to vulnerable adults in the community.

With 2+ years of experience in adult social work in the UK, you will have developed strong skills in assessment, planning, and intervention. You will work closely with the team to ensure the safety and well-being of service users, adhering to best practices and guidelines.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or mental health diagnoses.
  • Managing a complex caseload, conducting safeguarding investigations, and collaborating with AMHPs.
  • Providing out-of-hours support, with guidance from the lead AMHP.
  • Working a 36-hour week, with flexibility to negotiate hours.
  • Available for a 2-month temporary contract, with start date contingent on DBS and reference checks.
