Entrust Social Care Ltd is recruiting an experienced adult social worker to fill a vacancy in their Adults Disability & Mental Health Team. This challenging yet rewarding role offers the opportunity to work with vulnerable adults, making a positive impact on their lives.

As a seasoned adult social worker with 2+ years of experience in the UK, you will bring valuable skills and knowledge to the team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality support services to individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or mental health diagnoses.

Main duties include:

  • Undertaking assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions.
  • Managing a complex caseload, conducting safeguarding investigations, and working closely with AMHPs.
  • Providing out-of-hours support, guided by the lead AMHP.
  • Working a flexible 36-hour week, negotiable by discussion.
  • Available for a 2-month temporary contract, with start date contingent on DBS and reference checks.
