At Bright Futures Care, we're looking for a dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team in Rainford.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to four adults with autism and learning disabilities in a new home.

We offer a competitive salary of £31,935 per annum (£13.00 per hour) including completing 1 sleep-in shift per week.

As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing the highest standards of care, understanding individual needs, planning activities, and supporting residents to succeed in living their best lives.

Your work pattern will involve full day shifts (14 hours) and some sleep-in shifts when you sleep at the home overnight.
