Job Opportunity for a Financial Services Administrator

Taylor James Professional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners, including processing new business applications and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Prepare for client review meetings, including acquiring client portfolio valuations and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of provider platforms, ensuring the team has access to the latest information and resources.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IFA/financial planning administration, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with CURO is desirable, as is studying towards a level 4 diploma.
  • Excellent knowledge of provider platforms and a strong understanding of financial transactions.
