Job Title: IFA Administrator

A challenging role has arisen within a highly respected Chartered Financial Services firm based in London. This is an opportunity for a responsible, self-motivated, well-organised candidate.

The Role

· Conducting research on a broad range of financial products across all financial sectors

· Collaborating with an Adviser on various cases

Responsibilities

· Preparing valuations

· Completing the full Annual Review process as a key part of the business

· Liaising with various providers, gathering and correlating plan/policy information and ensuring a smooth and timely business process

· Managing and maintaining a precise record of pipeline and submitted business in order to update clients and Adviser accordingly

· Sending Letters of Authority

· Researching products and funds using software such as Select A Pension, FE Analytics and Defaqto Engage

· General Administration duties

· Liaising with the Compliance Department

· Creating and maintaining client files and entering details onto the back-office database

· Submitting Business on internal and external systems

· Working with the back-office system

· Completing fact-finding on system for new clients

· Monitoring trail fees, consolidating correct amounts from correct providers and company payment
