Senior Relationship Manager Opportunity

A rare chance to join a leading provider of Financial Services to businesses in the UK has arisen. Based in Manchester, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small team of Client Managers and their assistants, as well as managing a portfolio of Invoice Finance facilities throughout the North of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of Client Managers and Client Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Proactively manage client relationships, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client visits, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting in agreed formats and timescales.
  • Identify and prioritize risk-reducing actions, ensuring they are adequately resourced and tracked to completion.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in line management, at any level.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients within Receivables Finance / Asset Based Lending.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
