Sales and Account Management Executive

This Corporate Renewals Specialist role is perfect for a sales and account management professional looking to take their career to new heights. As part of Vitality Corporate Services Limited, you will play a key role in managing the renewal negotiations for corporate policies. Your primary responsibility will be to negotiate and renew annual corporate contracts for intermediated schemes with less than 200 employees.
Your Key Tasks Will Include:- Negotiating and renewing annual corporate contracts for approximately 50 clients.
- Maintaining and developing key relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Corporate Underwriting team.
- Building strong broker relationships and delivering mid-year client review meetings.
- Organising your workload to include daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Reporting on retention renewals status and communicating Vitality's full Private Medical Insurance and Wellbeing Programme and Services to brokers and clients.
The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, with additional benefits including a bonus scheme, a pension matching up to 12% of your salary, and an award-winning health insurance package.
