About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualised support to adults with autism, focusing on their strengths and needs. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for Service Users. The ideal candidate will have experience in a caring environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Experience in a caring environment, preferably with adults with autism
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with Service Users
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs
