Job Purpose:

This role involves working as part of a dedicated therapy team, where the post holder will be assigned a caseload of patients under supervision. They will implement and modify existing treatment plans within their scope of practice.

The post holder will support qualified Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) by taking an active clinical role in the specialist area, guided by evidence-based protocols produced by registered practitioners.

To ensure efficient service delivery, the practitioner will be involved in supervising and supporting lower-grade staff.

This position requires the post holder to have a valid PVG Scheme membership or record. If they are not currently registered for the required regulatory group, an application must be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before starting in the role.
