About the Role
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled cardiovascular rehabilitation specialist to join their team. This challenging role involves working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive care to patients with chronic heart failure, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
* Promote evidence-based practice through ongoing research, education, and professional development
* Contribute to the development of clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to ensure high standards of care

Requirements
* Registered nurse (Part 1 or 8 or 12 or 15) with current registration
* Experience in managing chronic heart failure and cardiac rehabilitation programs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Advanced knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
* Ability to think critically and make sound judgments in complex situations

Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
