We are seeking a highly skilled Prosthetic Specialist to join the NHS team in Oxfordshire on a 6-month contract.
As a Maxillofacial Rehabilitation Expert, you will be responsible for line managing and developing a team of laboratory technicians, overseeing all work produced in the lab, and training junior staff and student technologists.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, as well as excellent leadership and communication abilities. A background in maxillofacial prosthetics or reconstructive science is essential.
Key responsibilities include budget management for the lab, oversight of all work produced, and analysis of pre and post-treatment orthodontic study casts.
