Physiotherapy Specialist for Older Adults

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our integrated therapy team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a specialist in older adult rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with complex needs.
With a strong background in gerontology, neuroscience, orthopaedics, and rehabilitation, you will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Your ability to communicate complex information to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals will be essential in ensuring seamless care pathways.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our therapy service and lead on research and audit initiatives. You will have the chance to share your expertise through teaching and supervision, and participate in quality assurance and clinical governance activities.
We offer a competitive salary of £54,000-£70,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits including annual leave, pension scheme, and training opportunities.
