Paediatric Physiotherapy Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced physiotherapist to join our team in the Children's Critical Care service at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Child Critical Care Specialist Physio, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to critically ill children across various specialties within our hospital.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a degree in physiotherapy and HCPC registration, with a broad range of NHS experience including paediatrics and critical care. You will also have evidence of recent CPD relevant to your clinical specialty and participation in on-call respiratory physiotherapy rotas.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include providing an effective and efficient physiotherapy service to patients, assessing and treating acutely unwell children, and maintaining a clinical caseload of highly complex patients. You will also participate in the supervision, teaching, and appraisal of junior physiotherapists and students, as well as contribute to service development within acute paediatrics.
